A Tradition With Purpose

More Than a Day in the Field

The Coursers Club is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports TAKS, Tuscaloosa Academy's athletic booster club, supporting student-athletes through charitable fundraising and community involvement. The Continental Pheasant Hunt is our signature fundraising event and combines an exceptional outdoor experience with meaningful volunteer service and community fellowship.

What is a Continental Pheasant Hunt? Shooters are positioned at designated pegs surrounding a central release area. Birds are released during the shoot, and participants rotate among peg locations according to the event safety protocol.
